UWI TV selected Digita to launch their social media channels, with a view to improving its brand appeal, identity, and overall public sentiment. We crafted a strategy with the vision to project a positive image of UWI as an activist university serving the further development of Caribbean civilization; as a change-agent, a thought-leader and content provider.
We accomplished this by building their social media visual brand identity from the ground up and capturing its ideal audiences of UWI students in the four main campuses.
Through our efforts, the UWI TV channels saw great growth, with an average monthly reach of over 1,200,000 persons, with over 1,800,000 total impressions, across Canada, the United States, the U.K., The Caribbean, and other territories. We doubled targeted growth rates while managing.
These metrics were achieved by tapping into the target audience using a series of ad testing and integrating the wider UWI community. Creative images, articles, and video promotions were also used to attract new fans; GIFS we used fell in line with the mandate of motion that UWI TV represents.
